Bring Your Own House Plans

Already have house plans you love? Our team can work with your existing plans and make modifications to better suit your needs, preferences, and lifestyle. We believe every home should be as unique as the people who live in it, and we take pride in customizing the details that make your home truly yours.

Whether you’re looking to adjust your floor plan, create a custom kitchen, or incorporate personalized cabinetry, we’ll help you explore the possibilities. We offer KraftMaid cabinetry options in addition to custom cabinet design solutions, allowing you to create spaces that balance beauty, functionality, and your personal style.

Request Custom-Designed House Plans

Your dream home deserves a design that reflects your vision—not a cookie-cutter floor plan. Our experienced custom home designers work with you to develop plans tailored to your preferences, needs, and long-term goals.

We begin with a personal consultation to learn about your ideas, lifestyle, design preferences, and expectations. From the overall layout to the smallest details, we collaborate with you to create a home that feels uniquely yours.

Before construction begins, we present the completed plans for your review. This gives you the opportunity to confirm the details, provide feedback, and request any final adjustments so we can move forward with a clear understanding of your vision.

At Egan Construction, we believe trust is built through honest communication, dependable service, and quality results. Our goal is to guide you through the design process with confidence and care, from the first conversation to the final details of your new home.

What Does Custom Home Building Involve?

Building a custom home involves making decisions about everything from the layout and functionality of your space to the finishes and design details that bring it all together. We understand that these choices can feel overwhelming, which is why our team is here to provide guidance, answer questions, and help you make informed decisions along the way.

You’ll have the opportunity to select from a variety of interior and exterior finishes, colors, materials, cabinetry, and other personalized features. Whether you have a clear vision or need help exploring your options, we’ll work with you to create a cohesive design that suits your taste and lifestyle.

Once the plans and selections are finalized, our construction team gets to work bringing your vision to life. Throughout the building process, we remain committed to quality craftsmanship, open communication, and careful attention to detail.

Can I Make Changes Once Construction Has Started?

We encourage you to finalize your design selections and plans before construction begins whenever possible. Doing so helps keep the building process organized and minimizes potential delays or additional costs.

However, we understand that ideas can evolve as your home takes shape. If you would like to make changes during construction, our team will work with you to determine what is possible and explain any potential impacts on the schedule or budget.

Clear communication is essential to a successful building experience. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process and work with you to address questions, discuss options, and ensure your project continues to move forward as smoothly as possible.
